Returns Policy – Poster Frames Direct

Poster Frames Direct is happy to process a refund for your item, provided it is returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.

Full refunds will be available in the instance of major faults or defects, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note:

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to all change-of-mind returns.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How to Return Your Item:

1. Contact us via email at info@posterframesdirect.com.au to obtain a Return Number before sending any goods back.
2. Complete the return form and include your Return Number:

3. Ensure all boxes being returned have our downloadable return sheet attached.
4. Arrange your own courier to send the item to the address below.
